Scope of services

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones are defined in written proposals or statements of work.

Payments and refunds

Work begins after milestone approval/payment. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for undelivered scope only.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own final project deliverables unless third-party licenses or pre-existing components apply.

Liability limits

Services are provided as-is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service engagement.
