I only collect information needed to reply to you and, for client work done through Codic Systems, to deliver the service. This policy explains what I collect, how I use it, and how you can request deletion.

Information I collect

Contact form submissions (name, email, message) and basic, privacy-friendly analytics used to improve site performance. This site does not store contact form messages itself. They are sent to my email inbox.

How I use your data

I use your data to respond to inquiries, propose project scopes and deliver services.

Data sharing

I do not sell personal data. Limited sharing may occur with service providers (email delivery and analytics) strictly to run this site and answer you.

Retention and deletion

I retain project and communication records for legal, accounting, and service continuity reasons. You can request deletion by emailing lalchand.professional@gmail.com.
